Our Services & Prices:

The Service:
We will arrange a time to visit your property or office to diagnose and fix any problems you may be having with your PC or network.

No Fix No Fee:
In order to qualify for the no fix no fee your issue must be diagnosed and a fix planned within the first 30 minutes of arriving at your property. If the diagnosis has not completed and we have not identified a fix in this time then you have the choice to send us back to the office or continue at our flat rate. Please note that the No Fix No Fee service still inccurs the callout cost if over 10 radius miles from our office.

Callout Charges:
If you live, or your office is a certain distance from our office; you may inccur a callout charge.

Charges are as follows:

Under 10 Mile radius - FREE
10 - 25 Mile radius - £15
25 - 50 Mile radius - £35
50+ Mile Radius - CALL

Return Callout Fee:
This is only applicable if we cannot perform an onsite fix, this would be avoided where possible. There are 2 scenarios for this:
++We need to take the hardware back to our office,
++We need to return to the office to collect any additional hardware etc.

This fee is charged at 50% of the Callout charge listed above.

Diagnosis Fee:
If we successsfully find the fault and can action a fix you will be charged a diagnosis fee of £10. (Sometimes diagnosis takes a long time, this fee is applicable upto 30mins, you will be charged the flat fee afterwards, also known as Diagnosis Extention Fee.)

Basic Fee:
All fix's/installations are chargeable with the basic fee. The basic fee is £20. (Please note this charge includes the first 30 mins of 'fix' time.)

Flat Fee:
The Flat Fee is our hourly rate, this is the rate which is charged after the base rate. Our flat fee rate is £20. (£10 per 30 minutes)

---------------------------------EXAMPLES SCENARIOS OF CHARGES--------------------------------

Example Scenario 1:
Customers issue has been diagnosed but a fix cannot be actioned within 30 mins. The customer wishs for us to continue, we then have actioned a fix 1hr later. The customer lives 5 radius miles from our office. They would be charged the following:

Diagnosis Fee: £10
Basic Fee: £20
Flat Fee: 30 mins @ £10
Total: £40.

Example Scenario 2:
Customers issue takes 1hr to diagnose, Fix takes 2hrs, Customer lives 11 radius miles from our office. They would be charged:

Diagnosis Fee: £10
Diagnosis Extention Fee: 30 mins @ £10
Basic Fee: £20
Flate Fee: 1.5hrs @ £30
Callout Charge: £15
Total: £85

Example Scenario 3:
Customer issues has been identified but a fix has not in 30 minutes, Customer does not wish us to continue. Customer lives 12 radius miles. They would be charged:

No Fix No Fee Policy: £FREE
Callout Charge: £15
Total: £15

Example Scenario 4:
Customer issues has been identified but a fix has not in 30 minutes, Customer wishs us to continue. Fix takes 30 minutes. Customer lives 29 radius miles. They would be charged:

Diagnosis Fee: £10
Basic Fee : £20
Callout Charge: £35
Total: £65
Remember: In the scenario above the fix takes 30 minutes, this 30 minutes is not chargable as this is included in the base fee.
